Marissa Cooper began her career at Tiger Industrial Rentals in 2018 as a Collections Specialist within the Accounts Receivable department, where she quickly built a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and strong customer communication. In 2019, her growing expertise earned her a transition into the Billing Specialist role, allowing her to expand her operational knowledge and strengthen process efficiencies within the department. In 2021, Marissa’s dedication and “make-it-happen” mentality became especially evident during a high-pressure disaster-relief project. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, support cross-functional teams, and maintain seamless operations during a critical time showcased her leadership potential. As a result, she was promoted to Inside Sales/BRB Operations Manager, a role in which she continues to drive results through strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
